PTI Blog Hop...here I come!

I'm so excited to take part in the PapertreyInk Blog Hop.  I have admired all the designers of this company for awhile now.  February's theme is Design Team Appreciation Day. I took this as a sign I should participate since I don't leave comments on their blogs very often.  Every single one of the DT blogs has the best inspiration and I probably check them at least every other day.  The challenge was to go through the DT gallery or their blogs and find a project that you found inspirational and recreate it giving it your own spin to make it unique.

A sneak peek!

This is so exciting!  I have a new blog and I actually have something to post on it!  My sister thinks I have too much time on my hands :) My house isn't clean, that's for sure.  I can't thank Stephanie enough for the cute header.  I had a name and she made it come to life.  What a friend!  Oh, and did I mention, how much I am learning!  I think it only took me 3 hours to post this!

Glimmer Misting the morning away

I watched Heidi Swapp's latest Wednesday night Webisode and she always gets me fired up about products I keep telling myself...I DO NOT NEED! So, again, on another Thursday morning I find myself in the middle of a Glimmer Mist mess, I do not like messy things. Although, I have to admit, on a scale of 1 to 10; 10 being the messiest, Glimmer Mist ranks about a 4. So unfortunately, or fortunately, depending on how you look at it, I see more colors in my future. I used some stencils I already owned from Crafters Workshop and my mere 2 colors, Coffee Shop and the coveted Marshmallow. I was somewhat happy with the results and made a thank you card I owe to my nephew, Ben's, girlfriend, Katie. I have the big button on the front and hope the Postal Service lets it go through. Enjoy!

SuperBowl Sunday

October 28th? Honestly, that's the last time I looked at this and today is February 6th, but I am going to make an honest effort to keep up. Please don't ask me where Polka Dot Kitty came from, this is my second post and I have renamed this and changed the background at least 5 times and I'm sure the next time you visit, it will have changed again. Haven't paid much attention to the game except for half-time show, gosh, do I look as old as The Who? I hope not. Tomorrow I will try to figure out how to do links to my fav blogs. Ciao for now!
